This email is just a quick one to pass along some of the positive feedback I have received from both retail staff and customers in regards to the new cleaners at Kingsway City.
The Centre as a whole looks and feels a lot cleaner. The female toilets, in particular, have drastically improved in cleanliness. Your team is doing a wonderful job.
Even this morning, I had a mum tell me how lovely it is to see a smiling face (from the cleaning staff) in the Fountain Food Court area.

Its been my intention all week to send you an email, I highly endorse the high standard of work these cleaners are providing. Such a delight to arrive to a clean, fresh smelling facility everyday! They also visit throughout the day and wipe down external counters and windows if they’re looking grubby.

I have been the facilities Manager here at 160 Central since January 2014. In February 2016 Iconic Property Services PTY LTD applied to tender for the cleaning contract and were successful. I confirm that since February Iconic Property services have provided the arcade, food court and office tower with excellent quality of cleaning in the areas requiring the attentions with the added attention to detail. Their work has been major factor in improving the centres appearance and delivering reliable customer service. Just a brief note to commend Gurdeep on the work he has done at Wesley and Queens Buildings.
Gurdeep has never failed to complete his duties in fact he goes well beyond expectations to ensure that the buildings internal and external present very clean and a safe environment.
Gurdeep has never refused to carry out extra duties when called upon; he seems to find the time and completes all duties.I have never heard Gurdeep complain about anything, he just keeps on smiling and gets on with the duties at hand.Gurdeep is by far the best cleaner we have had on to date.Please extend my gratitude to Gurdeep and keep up the good work.
