General Manager and company director John Cionci has worked in the property services industry for over 30 years, demonstrating that great things come from humble beginnings and hard work.
Having worked with some national and global corporate cleaning companies, John decided to embark on his own journey, surrounding his business with a dedicated Senior Management Team whom all have experience in the property services industry and share a passion for delivering a premium service and driving positive change in the industry.
Their dedication to service and passion for excellence is what continues to drive the Iconic Property Services team today.

Iconic Property Services believes in encouraging the sustainability of the local community, which is why we proudly choose to support local businesses. We source our uniforms from local providers, our cleaning products come from WA owned and operated companies, our equipment is serviced and maintained by locally owned businesses and we use local corporations to fulfill our external training commitments.
Indigenous engagement
We believe in supporting Indigenous communities by providing them with employment opportunities across our business. We embrace NAIDOC Week as an opportunity to celebrate and support our local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and reinforce this with regular donations to local Indigenous groups. We work with external partners to engage the Indigenous community and improve their employment outcomes. By working together, we believe we can make a difference and create positive change.
